My arrival experience: Quick check-in before being escorted to the room.

What I liked the most: The quiet location, unlike most Dubai hotels.

What about the food: It was good for breakfast, but it was better than most other Park Hyatts I have stayed at. I missed high-quality ala carte options like my previous Park Hyatt, the Chicago property.

What about the service: It is professional service from the front desk. The attention to detail could have been better. An example would be missing welcome amenities.

What about the room: Comfortable bed, free-standing bathtub and a separate rain shower. I also liked the Park Hyatt-branded products in the bathroom.
