My arrival experience: Fast check-in. Not escorted to the room.
What I liked the most? The views and the opportunity to find a good international hotel in a country like Kazakhstan.
What about the service? Friendly English-speaking front desk. Only stayed a night and did not experience any issues.
What about the room? It was a bit tired, with the shower located in the bathtub. The highlight of the rooms is the magnificent views of Almaty.
