Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My Arrival experience: Warm welcome from the receptionist before being escorted to the room.

What about the service? Professional service from the well-trained staff.

What about the rooms? Beautiful rooms similar to some of the Park Hyatt properties I have stayed in. I was very impressed with the rooms’ comfortable beds, free-standing showers and June Jacobs products. The rooms are definitely the best I have seen at any Grand Hyatt hotel.

Facilities: Spa, swimming pool, gym and business/meeting facilities.

Complimentary internet: Yes, and fast.

My overall impression: Great experience.
