Arrival experience: Warm welcome before being escorted to the room by the butler.

What I liked the most: The personalized service, the stylish design and the history. The hotel is very well maintained in all areas and has all the facilities of a 5-star hotel.

What about the food: Great breakfast buffet with an egg station.

Location: Downtown Toronto.

Facilities: Spa, swimming pool, gym, meeting facilities and private screening room.
