Radisson Blu Hotel, Bamako

Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.

My arrival experience: Fast check-in before being escorted to the room.

What I loved: Finding comfort in Bamako’s hectic, dusty city.

What about the food: The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Very nice buffet with local and imported items.

What about the service: As good as it gets in a country like Mali. The front desk was attentive and friendly. Some even spoke good English.

What about the rooms: They are Radisson standard rooms with comfortable beds, working desks, flat-screen TVs, bathtubs, and separate rain showers.

Type of property: City hotel.

Location: Bamako, Mali.

Facilities: Pool, gym, spa, and business/meeting facilities.

Complimentary internet: Yes, and faster than expected.

My overall impression: Good+ experience. Very satisfied with my stay. Mali is one of the least developed countries int the world and Bamako one of the dirtiest. Still you find a comfortable international hotel where you can escape and feel at home. I like that.
