Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
What I liked: Parts of the hotel, including the lobby, are recently renovated and look stunning. The value for money is certainly what I liked the most. This hotel is cheaper than an average 3-star hotel in London.
What about the rooms? My room was overall comfortable, but it was not up to the standard of the best I’ve experienced with Kempinski. The shower is quite bad and is located in the bathtub. A stand-alone rain shower would be a much better option. I personally prefer soft beds, but the beds here are quite hard.
