My arrival experience: Friendly welcome from the professional staff which made me feel welcome immediately.

What I liked the most: The beautiful contemporary room I stayed in, which was comfortable, and with Molton Brown products in the bathroom. The hotel is similar to some hotels with a membership of the Design Hotels collection but generally with better service.

What about the service: Professional front-desk staff. Only experienced, friendly, well-trained staff. The front desk felt a bit overstaffed, but rather that than understaffed.

Complimentary internet: Yes, but slow and limited data. It was disappointing and something that could be improved.
