What I liked about this property: Serena successfully took over this former Mövenpick-property and implemented its standards. Everything except the rooms felt like the other Serena city hotels.
Some details: Lovely Gilchrist & Soames amenities in the bathroom and an extensive breakfast buffet, but with internet connection as one thing that could be improved.
Arrival experience: Professional welcome from the front desk staff before receiving the room key. Not escorted to the room.
