Columbia Beach Resort, Cyprus

Columbia Beach Resort is a 95-room resort located right on Pissouri Bay Beach, approximately 30 minutes by car from Limassol. The resort is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and has a high rating of guest satisfaction with 4.5/5 on TripAdvisor and 9.2/10 on booking.com. My experience started with a warm welcome before arriving at a beautifully designed room with a stone floor, a comfortable bed, a bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries, a bathtub, complimentary WiFi and a beautiful room view as seen in the photo above.

The service is friendly and probably the best of the six hotels I have now stayed in Cyprus. Overall as a hotel, mainly because of the design, I would rank it as the best I have stayed in Cyprus. The facilities include an award-winning health and fitness centre and a large lagoon-style pool.

Budget alternative: If your budget can’t handle a stay at Columbia Beach Resort, the budget hotel, Paradisos Hills might be an option for you.
