Site Inspection at Aman Sveti Stefan

Aman Resorts is a luxury hotel group founded in 1988 with Amanpuri in Phuket being the first property. I have been fortunate to experience a few Aman Resorts and during my recent visit to Montenegro that lasted for almost three months, I had the opportunity to visit Aman Sveti Stefan for a site inspection on a beautiful morning.

Located approximately 6 kilometres southeast of Budva, Aman Sveti Stefan has a total of 50 rooms, while there are 8 suites at the nearby Villa Miločer, and was completed in 2009. The resort has a private beach, fitness and wellness, and a 24-metre indoor-outdoor pool. It is very quiet and peaceful at Aman Sveti Stefan making it an ideal destination hotel if your budget can handle it.

Aman Resorts are typically set in very beautiful surroundings often in exclusive locations and with excellent personalised service as one of the main parts of the experience. It’s not easy to say how I would rank Aman Sveti Stefan based on a site inspection, but it’s surely an impressive property and a unique experience.
