Collaboration: Vueling

Vueling Airlines, founded in 2004, is a Spanish low-cost carrier headquartered in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. It operates over 130 destinations across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, making it one of Europe’s largest budget airlines. Vueling is known for its competitive pricing, extensive route network, and user-friendly service. The airline is a subsidiary of International Airlines Group (IAG), which also owns British Airways and Iberia. Vueling’s fleet primarily consists of Airbus A320 family aircraft, ensuring efficiency and reliability. It has become a popular choice for travellers seeking affordable, no-frills air travel.

In this collaboration with Vueling, I flew from Banjul to Aalborg, where I had a stopover in Barcelona at their hub. Vueling had clean aircraft and comfortable seats, which made it possible to get some sleep. Most of my readers are Americans, but I am from Denmark. Aalborg is the 4th biggest city in Denmark and the 3rd biggest airport in the country. For me, it was great that Vueling connected Aalborg to the world at a low cost at the time. I thank them for this collaboration.
