The Residences at Crystal Towers, Cape Town

The Residences at Crystal Towers offers luxurious apartment-style accommodations in Cape Town, seamlessly integrated with the Crystal Towers Hotel. My arrival experience: A warm welcome from the friendly receptionist before she escorted me to the room.
What I liked the most: The rooms. Close to the perfect place to live long term.
What about the food: The Residences at Crystal Towers don’t currently make breakfasts, but that might change in the future.
What about the service: The staff at the front desk was wonderful. It is comparable to 5-star hotels, but it offers personalized service instead of the formal, impersonal service you find in many 5-star hotels.
What about my room: This is a lovely apartment with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, rain shower, and Charlotte Rhys products in the bathroom.

Location: Century City, Cape Town, South Africa.
Complimentary internet: Yes, but limited to 500 MB per day. It can be a YouTube video, and you have no free internet for the rest of the day. We Europeans are not used to a limit on our internet in hotels, and it feels very uncomfortable, to say the least.
My overall impression: Great experience. I would like to return to this beautiful, well-managed property if they allow unlimited complimentary internet for all guests.
