Park Hyatt is one of the world’s leading hotel brands, with a great portfolio of luxury hotels all over the world, from Argentina to Azerbaijan to Shanghai. While the rooms could need an update, I found the service fast and top professional in all areas. The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars for its excellent facilities and, overall, one of the best choices in Chicago.
