Lamantin Beach Resort & Spa, Senegal

One of the finest resorts in West Africa, Lamantin Beach Resort & Spa is a beautiful 146-room resort in Senegal. This 5-star resort has a large outdoor pool, two restaurants, a bar, a fitness centre, a spa and the resort offers direct access to the beach (photo above).

Located in the tourist town of Saly, Lamantin Beach Resort & Spa, impressed me with the beautiful room with a comfortable bed, rain shower in the bathroom as well as a separate bathtub. The service is good, and probably some of the best of a resort in West Africa. The biggest surprise about my stay was the food and the effort put into it. A big buffet with a great selection of tasty food. They even have a French chef at the resort which was another plus.

The nearby beach is lovely and beautiful as you can see in the photo above. Overall Lamantin Beach Resort & Spa is a great experience I would highly recommend it if only the best can do when visiting Senegal. This must be the best beach resort in West Africa, at least that I know of.
