Anantara Phuket Villas

Anantara Phuket Villas is a luxurious resort situated on the northwestern coast of Phuket, Thailand. Known for its private pool villas surrounded by lush tropical gardens, it offers a serene retreat with impeccable service and stunning ocean views. Guests can indulge in spa treatments, dining experiences, and various water activities, creating a great beachside escape in Phuket.

Anantara is a great brand with a lovely portfolio mainly in South East Asia. My experiences with the brand so far have all been very impressive, although some are better than others. Anantara Phuket Villas deserves to be ranked among their best properties. I had a really great experience from beginning to end.

The resort has 83 villas total with private swimming pools as the unique feature. The design is very similar to what I’ve seen in the Banyan Tree resorts I’ve stayed.

The service was great a long way, but the size of the resort with 83 villas is a bit too big to deliver personalized service, in my opinion. On the other hand, some couples will stay the entire time in their villas meaning the resort probably won’t feel  crowded.

The restaurant is focused on fish and is very good, but not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. The food and restaurant service was better in some of the other resorts I’ve been in Phuket.

Generally, the resort is close to being fantastic. The stay ended with a lovely breakfast which had great sushi items and the bottom line is that this is a safe choice and one of Phuket’s best resorts.
