Collaboration: MarsLand Aviation

Marsland Aviation was a Sudanese airline established in 2001, headquartered in Khartoum. It operated domestic and regional flights, primarily serving routes within Sudan and to neighbouring countries in Africa and the Middle East. Marsland Aviation aimed to provide safe, reliable, and affordable air travel, catering to both business and leisure passengers.

The airline’s fleet included Fokker 50 and Boeing 737 aircraft. Despite its contributions to improving regional connectivity, Marsland Aviation faced operational and financial challenges, leading to its suspension of operations in 2013. The airline played a significant role in Sudan’s aviation sector during its years of service.

My experience with the airline was good. Marsland Aviation flew me from Cairo to Khartoum, where I experienced kind, helpful staff onboard and a very easy check-in at Cairo International Airport.
