My arrival experience: Warm welcome with a drink and towel before being escorted to the restaurant for dinner. After the dinner I was escorted to the room.

What I liked the most: The unique and contemporary design.

What about the food? It was much better than expected. Great Westerns in Southeast Asian resorts are rare, but my dinner was very, really good. I also had a pizza for lunch, which was quite average. I recommend pasta and mushroom soup for dinner, as they know how to do it properly.

What about the service: Great and attentive service from the friendly and smiling staff. I was very impressed with the service both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Certainly among the better independent properties in South East Asia when it comes to service.

What about the rooms? They are beautiful contemporary rooms with a unique design. My room had a comfortable bed and a separate rain shower from a jacuzzi tub, which were some of the highlights.

My overall impression: Great+ experience.
