Below is my experience based on a one-night stay at the property.
My arrival experience: Warm welcome before being escorted to the lounge.
What I loved: The design, service, and the service, including the lounge. It’s a wonderful city hotel. My new favourite in Beijing.
What about the food: Great food at the Executive Lounge and Voss bottled water.
What about the service: Great and professional service from the well-trained staff. Great English level in the key positions of the hotel, combined with a few foreigners to raise the bar.
What about the rooms: Spotless, clean rooms in a beautiful design with comfortable beds, separate rain showers, bathtubs with bath salt, and complimentary Voss bottled water.
