Itsandra Beach Hotel was the only 4-star hotel in Comoros at the time of my stay and is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. The renovated rooms have a modern design, comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary internet access. The beach is comparable to some of the beaches in the Seychelles, Mauritius and other Indian Ocean nations. Service is a bit slow, as you would expect at a destination like this. Still, everything worked, and I was very satisfied overall with this hotel, which is located in a very exciting destination.
