What I liked the most: The open apartment.
What about the food: Good, but small breakfast buffet.
What about the service: The staff is friendly but needs more training. Attention to detail is lacking. At the front desk, they could consider welcoming amenities and being more service-minded. Denmark is not known for extraordinary service, and the service was as good as I expected. The hotel’s selling point is the beautiful, open apartments.
What about the rooms: Beautiful, spacious and open apartments with comfortable beds, kitchens, dining tables and beautiful views of Islands Brygge.
