Islamabad Serena Hotel, nestled at the foot of the Margalla Hills, provides a tranquil retreat with luxurious accommodations. My Arrival Experience: Warm welcome before being escorted to the room.

What I liked the most: Professional service and grand feel of Pakistan’s best hotel.

What about the food: There are very good buffets with mostly local food. There are no issues with hygiene, as this is a very high priority for the hotel.

What about the service: Professional service with a smile. A real pleasure to experience.

What about the rooms: Similar to other Serena hotels, especially the Kabul property
