My arrival experience: Warm welcome from the staff, a welcome drink, and a talk with the owners. After that, the friendly Zimbabwean lady escorted me to the room.
What I liked the most: The beautiful views. 
What about the service: Great, personalised service from the friendly staff. It makes a difference being small. The owner told me they don’t accept anyone from outside to their restaurant to respect the privacy of the in-house guests. The attention to detail is impressive for a small hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary mini-bar, which was a nice addition to an already impressive hotel experience.
What about my room: It’s a beautiful contemporary room with a rain shower, bathtub, and Charlotte Rhys’s products in the bathroom. A flat-screen TV and a comfortable bed completed the room, with stunning views being the highlight.
