My arrival experience: Warm welcome before being escorted to the room.

What I liked the most: The unique feeling of a resort within the city of Kuala Lumpur.

What about the food: They have Excellent food in their restaurant in the city centre. A good la carte breakfast is offered any time of the day, so guests wouldn’t have to worry about getting up early in the morning.

What about the service: The staff is kind and helpful, although not as professional as in some of the finer chain hotels.

What about the rooms: Unique design with huge bathtubs in many bathrooms, almost like a plunge pool. The bathrooms also have separate showers and organic products.

Complimentary internet: Yes, but slow in the rooms.
